Refund policy

Return or exchange:

You may return or exchange the goods purchased from us in accordance with Act No. 89/2012 Coll., as amended, within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving any reason. You can return or exchange the goods purchased from us within 30 days. The condition is that the goods must be complete, undamaged, without signs of use or wear, in the original undamaged packaging. Returns:

The warranty period is 24 months, the invoice serves as a warranty card. The warranty does not cover wear and tear caused by use. The buyer is obliged to make a claim immediately after the defect has occurred. We will consider the claim in accordance with the guidelines set out in the Jewellery Care section. Please send us the claimed goods properly packed against damage in transit. The customer is responsible for the cost of sending the claimed goods to us. In the event of a successful complaint, the customer will be sent back the repaired or replaced goods at our expense. The maximum period for processing a claim is set by law at 30 days.
